Academy Trials
Coventry City Academy scouts do not offer trials to young players.
The only trials offered by the Football Club Academy will be offered in writing by the Academy Head of Recruitment.
Scouts watching games, or any other representatives or people who claim to be working for the Football Club, are not in a position to be able to verbally offer trials to any players.
Please note that all Coventry City Football Club scouts have a Club ID card.
The Coventry City Academy would never charge for trials or use third parties, and any trials that are offered would only take place at the Alan Higgs Centre.
If you are offered a trial elsewhere, this is not part of the Football Club.
We have seen a worrying trend of young people being offered trials by individuals who do not work for the Football Club, so we are now highlighting this issue.
