Jack Burroughs signed his first professional deal back in 2019, when he agreed terms with the Sky Blues.
Burroughs has spent his whole career with City, joining the Academy as a schoolboy, eventually rising through the ranks to the first team.
At 17-years-old, Burroughs was handed his first team debut, as he came off of the bench in a 2-0 defeat to Cheltenham Town in the EFL Trophy back in 2018.
His debut also coincided with a call-up to the Scotland Under-19s, where he won several international caps.
After adding another two appearances to his total with the Sky Blues over the next year, Burroughs was sent out on loan to Gloucester City alongside Jordan Young and it was with Gloucester where Jack scored his first career goal.
On his return, Burroughs continued to feature for the Under-23s before being handed a Championship debut when he came off the bench against Huddersfield Town. Jack would follow this up with another substitute appearance in the final game of the season against Millwall in a 6-1 win.
